1. About Us
SyStemShock is a sole trader business operated by Lee Clark, Scotland, UK. By using our website or services you agree to these terms.
2. Snap3dPrint Orders
- All orders are custom-made. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- By placing an order you confirm you own or have the right to use any photos you submit.
- We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or blurry images.
- Coloured finishes: exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. By selecting a coloured finish you accept that the closest available colour may be used. This is non-refundable on this basis.
- Large and XL prints may be produced in multiple parts and assembled. This does not constitute a defect.
- Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for postal delays.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
3. IT Support
- We will endeavour to resolve issues but cannot guarantee resolution of all technical problems.
- We are not liable for data loss. You should always maintain your own backups.
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. AI Courses
- Course content is provided for educational purposes only.
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Custom Music
- Custom music is created by Lee Clark and licenced to you for personal or commercial use as agreed.
- You may not resell the music or claim it as your own original composition.
- Payment is required before work begins.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by SyStemShock / Lee Clark. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyStemShock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom.
