Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos work best. The higher the resolution the better — avoid blurry or dark images. For pets and people, a photo where the subject is the main focus gives the best results. Multiple angles help if you have them.
Standard orders are typically completed and dispatched within 7–10 working days. Rush orders (with the Rush Order add-on) are dispatched within 5 days. You'll receive a tracking update when your order ships.
Currently we ship to UK addresses only. If you're outside the UK and interested in an order, get in touch and we'll see what we can arrange.
We want you to love your print. If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and we'll sort it out. As all prints are custom-made to your specification, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.
Large and XL prints may exceed the size of our print bed, requiring the model to be split into sections and assembled. All parts are carefully assembled and finished before dispatch — the final result looks exactly as intended and this does not affect quality.
Yes — add the Coloured Finish option to your order. Please note that exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of 3D printing. The closest available colour will be used. By selecting this option you agree to this.
You can upload your photo directly on the order page before checkout. Alternatively, after payment you'll receive a reference number — just email your photo to [email protected] with that reference in the subject line.

None at all. Our courses are designed for complete beginners. If you can use a smartphone or browse the internet, you can learn AI. We explain everything in plain English with no jargon.
All sessions are online via video call — Zoom, Google Meet or Teams, whichever you prefer. This means you can join from anywhere in the UK, no travel needed.
By the end of the course you'll be confident using AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, creating images and content with AI tools, using AI to save time in your daily life or business, and understanding the basics of how AI works and its limitations.
